Hugh works in the Technical by Mannok team as a Technical Specification Advisor. Much of his daily focus includes providing technical advice and solutions on the insulation products Mannok manufactures to a wide range of disciplines, including Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Building Control Officers etc.

Hugh has an academic background in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management, having achieved a BEng in Civil Engineering and a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management.

From his academic background, and through his valuable industry experience, Hugh is able to analyse bespoke construction build-ups and advise on the topics of U-values, condensation risk analysis and thermal bridging.

Hugh has gained expert knowledge of a range of Mannok products, and liaises directly with the sales teams across the UK and Ireland to provide specific product advice on Mannok PIR and EPS insulation, and aircrete thermal blocks.
