Full bespoke design service to create unique precast products to meet your specification. With all precast units manufactured on custom built moulds, we can cater for a wide variety of configurations to create a truly bespoke design.

Our precast products are manufactured in a carefully controlled factory environment, creating a safe, strong, reliable and long-lasting construction product.
All precast concrete components are cast off-site and can be assembled quickly with minimum on-site labour, giving significant time saving over on-site mould construction and pouring. Our customers also benefit from the versatility in design offered by precast concrete products, which are also extremely structurally efficient, with excellent exposure and fireproofing properties.
Mannok’s precast concrete is precision mixed using other Mannok materials, offering superior strength and durability to traditional wet concrete. This guaranteed quality control means no unforeseen delays.
The density of precast concrete also assists in sound reduction, ideally suited to domestic builds and has the added benefit of being highly impact absorbent.
There is currently some confusion in the Irish market about the requirement for 13N thermal blocks for durability purposes.
